I hired Czarina Allanigue back in October 2016 and she was hired to start remodeling my apartment in December 2016. Czarina Allanigue seemed like such a sweet honest person when I met her. And she showed me professional drawings of the remodeling/renovation. And I did some research on her and saw that she was a Christian, religious person, so I trusted her. I first paid her around 1/4 of the total renovation cost. This seemed normal. Before she started anything she asked for another 1/4, I was hesitant but it seemed reasonable, especially since she had several contractors come and inspect my residence and take measurements. I left the Philippines for Christmas in mid-December of 2016, which is when the renovation was supposed to start. Czarina Allanigue kept making excuses for why the project was getting delayed. She even asked for more money, which I did not give her. While I was away, she stopped replying to my text messages, calls and emails and I began getting very worried. I returned to the Philippines in March 2017 and got ahold of Czarina and she agreed to meet with me. She was very apologetic and assured me that the project would begin very soon. I decided to give her another chance. Months went by and still nothing happened. She kept telling me it would happen next week, but it never did. I gave her so many but the work she promised would get started each week, never began. I am writing this January 21st, 2018, over 1 year after I paid her, and she still hasn't started the work. I've requested a refund many times starting in May 2017 with no luck. If you are reading this, then Czarina Allanigue still has not begun the renovation, nor has she refunded the money. I would take this website down if she did her job or issued a refund. Please just do your research before hiring her or anyone else.
